BELGIUM HARLEY-DAVIDSON CLUB 74

OFFICIAL WEBSITE

HISTORY

February 24 1974, the official birth of the BELGIUM HARLEY-DAVIDSON CLUB 74 by publication in the Belgian Monitor under registrationnumber 2911. The purpose of the association is to encourage good camaraderie and solidarity between owners of Harley-Davidson or Indian brand motorcycles, whether nationally or internationally.
We can understand the desire to group together in a national club if we remember that at the time, Harleys registered in Belgium (apart from those of the gendarmerie) numbered only a few dozen.
The BHDC 74 is also among the precursors, then founding member of the "Federation of Harley-Davidson Clubs - Europe" which today brings together some 34,000 members divided into about 120 European clubs.
Today, the club remains open to sole owners of Harley-Davidson and Buell wishing to ride a motorcycle, to participate in club activities, in a spirit of conviviality, solidarity and friendship.
To respond to a concern for proximity, the BHDC 74 has evolved by structuring itself into several sections in the country to which candidate members can apply.
